Nash Mahupete, serves as a member of QLI's Executive Leadership Team. He started at QLI 25 years ago as a CNA/ caregiver and as of 2025, is the President and CEO of QLI– a nationally renowned program that has served individuals from 48 states. 

Nash enjoys his role at QLI where he helps recruit, build, and retain phenomenal team members and builds a healthy work culture in which these team members can thrive. This is the same approach he takes in his own Leadership Coaching business, Dream Catcher. Nash is a published author whose body of work from his book, Dream Catcher: A Passion For People Development has been adopted by several businesses to optimize succession planning.

In 2023, he cofounded 492 Solutions; a business designed to uplift talent on the African continent; by creating employment for individualsin Africa, while helping to address the workforce crisis in the USA.
